The site only collects the information you enter voluntarily in the forms: last name, first name, email address, phone number, city, and the documents attached as part of an application (CV and cover letter).
Use of data
This information is used solely to handle your request. In the case of a job application, your CV and cover letter are passed to the partner company concerned, with your explicit consent given when you submit the form.
Retention
Data linked to a support request is kept for the time it takes to handle it, then deleted. Applications are kept for a maximum of two years, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
